I was skeptical when it arrived and pulled it out the very roughed up box. i thought it would fall apart and wouldn't stay together at all, thinking i wasted $5. after 5 minutes of building it, it actually stayed together. i'm not saying its the sturdiest thing in the world but its sturdy enough to keep by the door for our families shoes. don't try to move it with all the shoes on, remove them all before moving the rack or it will fall apart. but if you keep it in one place it should be fine. you get what you pay for. for the price it's actually...okay!

It's okay as shown in the photo, although a bit smaller since two different pairs of shoes on the same step are a bit tight, so I'll only put one pair on. The material is cheap plastic and loose, just like the black fabric, but for its price it does what it says. However, the cardboard box came a bit crushed and the plastic was slightly broken.
